DISH Picks Up 4 New HD Channels

DISH said last week that it has added Showtime Too HD, Showtime Showcase HD, TMC HD & BET J HD. This spring it will add the HD feeds of BET, Comedy Central, CMT, MTV, Nickelodeon, Spike TV and VH1.
