Samsung Debuts 82-Inch LCD Flat Panel

Samsung took the wraps off of the world’s largest LCD flat-panel display, an 82-inch behemoth that the company is showing off at the giant CeBIT electronics convention this week in Germany. Don’t expect to be able to actually purchase one of these monstrous LCDs anytime soon, but Samsung says that it can produce two of them from a single glass substrate in its new seventh-generation facility in Korea.
