A couple months back I reported that the National Basketball Association experimented with 3D HDTV technology at the NBA All-Star Game festivities. Now word comes from Dan Bickley of the Arizona Republic that if the Phoenix Suns make the Western Conference finals, the team is hoping to showcase at least one of the games (presumably a road game) in 3D HD on a 40' x 60' screen at the U.S. Airways Center.
