I won't get into too much detail here because frankly, I'm not sure how many of you care about company earnings results. Sony said today that although its sales were up nearly 13% in the fourth quarter thanks in large measure to Bravia LCD TVs, the company reported an overall loss of more than half a billion dollars due in part to price competition for PS2 and PS3 gaming systems.
